Principal and operation of BMFF-VPMF

BMFF-VPMF has principal like that micro fiber bundle is compressed by inlet flow pressure and become temporary filter layer. After capturing SS (Suspended Solid) particles for suitable term , this temporary filter layer is disassembled by backwash water to be fed in reverse direction for the filtration. That is BMFF-VPMF execute depth filtration to be accomplished by folding of micro fiber and is backwashed in the state of disassembled filter layer by flow of backwash water.

The product water after filleration will have 1 micron TSS size.

Perfect Backwashable Micro Filter




The Variable Pore-Structure Micro Filter

1. Filtering Process
The inflow of raw water through its inlet gradually compresses the cylindrical filter. If the filter pressure reaches critical (or optimum) depth, the filter pressure will not occur. Through the pressure filter layer, the raw water will be filtered for discharging the water into an effluent inlet.

2. Backwashing
If the backwashed water and air are poured through the effluent inlet, the compressed filter will be gradually expanded in an upward direction. Thereafter, the pore structure divides into pieces and the fine air bubble separates the pollutants between the filters to discharge it into the raw water inlet. At this time, the cylindrical filter slightly vibrates itself resulting in the synergism of washing and conducts full backwashing.

The BMFF-VPMF system is defined as follows:

By means of
the inflow of raw water, the micro fiber has been compressed gradually. Therefore, it affects the pressurized filter layer very significantly. In conclusion, the raw water will be filtered for discharging the water into an effluent one.

By means of
the back washing water as well as compressed air, the backwashing will be implemented by dividing the pore structure into pieces and the fine air bubble simultaneously. It will separate the pollutants between the filters to discharge it into the raw water. Accordingly, the cylindrical filter slightly vibrates itself resulting in synergism of washing. The Range of Applications

In case of polluted sewage, it can be treated and then diverted into the artificial pond, which can be the environmental friendly made parks and also used for irrigation and factories, based on recycling concept. For industrial waste water, it can be sufficiently recycled and reused for production lines without any effluent of useless waste water by means of preliminary and secondary purification process.
