SLUDGE DEWATERING SYSTEM |
The BIODOS series of belt presses utilizes a combination of chemical conditioning, gravity drainage and mechanical pressure in a continuous feed system to dewater sludge. The sludge is squeezed between tensioned serpentine belts and a series of decreasing diameter rollers to remove moisture and create a dewatered sludge cake.
BIODOS belt presses are manufactured with a belt width ranging from 0.5 to 3 m and with varying levels of automation. Belt presses can be supplied as a free standing unit or as a part of a complete sludge dewatering package, customized to suite any waste treatment needs. | ||
